- The public name you want displayed.
- An address where we can verify the request.
- Official profile URL
- Your primary official creator profile.
- myfans profile URL
- Your official myfans page, if applicable.
- X profile URL
- Your official public X profile, if applicable.
- Contact purpose
- New listing, profile update, removal, or another request.
- Message
- Describe the preview and the publication permission you control.
Do not send explicit media or identity documents through ordinary email unless we provide a secure method. A submission does not guarantee publication.
