XJA Video ranks preview pages for easier discovery, not as a judgment of a performer or a complete product. Publication begins with an eligible official source and ends with human editorial review.
1. Source availability comes first
A preview must have an approved source path and remain available from that source. The current public catalog uses official DUGA previews. A high editorial score cannot override missing source availability, rights restrictions, moderation failure, or a removal request.
2. Preview quality and visibility
Reviewers check whether the official preview loads, whether the scene can be understood, and whether the poster and video are usable for discovery. Handheld movement or an imperfect composition is not automatically a problem when the scene remains clear.
3. Main-scene timing and Fast Start
Reviewers may record the number of seconds before the preview reaches its main scene. Fast Start requires a human-recorded time of five seconds or less. This timing is stored separately from general quality so it can be evaluated as its own discovery signal.
4. Duration and Long Preview
Preview duration comes from verified source data. Long Preview requires an official preview of at least 60 seconds and is intended for viewers who want more context before visiting the source.
5. Heavy-caption review
Small watermarks, creator names, and unobtrusive fixed labels do not count as heavy captions. Large static promotions, changing subtitles, or moving text that competes with the scene may reduce editorial quality. No Heavy Captions includes only previews with no overlay, a watermark, or acceptable fixed promotional text.
6. Human review and ranking
Automated source facts can help sort candidates, but they do not make the final publication decision. A reviewer considers the strength and clarity of the main scene, speed to that scene, scene density, poster usefulness, visual usability, caption interference, and variety across the public catalog.
7. Diversity and related discovery
Home and related-video ordering may balance studio variety, duration, tags, and preview characteristics instead of following one score mechanically. Editorial titles describe visible action without inventing details or copying the source's product description.
